What You'll Need

• Your inventory spreadsheet (start from our template or use your own columns)
• One photo per item you want a graphic for (JPG, PNG, or HEIC)

Step 1 — Upload Your Spreadsheet

Open Bulk Inv. Graphics from your dashboard and upload your inventory file. You'll see your rows in a preview table so you can confirm everything loaded correctly. Extra columns beyond the template are fine — the AI uses any details that make the graphic stronger and ignores empty cells.

Step 2 — Upload Your Product Images

Add the photos for your items. Images upload straight from your browser, so even large batches of full-resolution photos work without a hitch.

Step 3 — Match Images to Rows

Each photo needs to be paired with its inventory row so the right price lands on the right product. The tool lets you assign and re-order matches — drag any image to the row it belongs to and confirm the pairings before you run.

Step 4 — Generate
