Turn Your Lot Page into a Dealer Website
How-To Guide · Dealer storefront
The storefront is one public page for the whole lot. It shows your name, what you sell, your town, hours, address, a map, Google reviews, and every unit that is in stock. Buyers can search in plain English, and the quote form lands in the same Hub inbox as a unit-page lead. Google can index it. Included with the Hub. No credits.

The written steps below cover the full process.
What You'll Need
- A Plus plan or higher, and at least one public unit if you want inventory on the page
- Business name, phone, address, and hours filled in under Settings
- Optional: a wide cover photo, a brand color, and your Google Maps listing
Step 1 — Open Your Lot Page
Settings → Your lot page shows the address, a copy button, an Open link, and a QR code for the lot itself. View my storefront in the Storefront section opens the same page. On the live site the address looks like listings.bulkmarketai.com/lot/your-name.
Step 2 — Make It Look Like Your Lot
In Settings → Storefront:
- Headline — the big title. Leave it blank and the page uses what you sell plus your town, which is what buyers type into Google. If you write your own, keep both in it.
- Headline intro — one sentence under the title.
- Brand color — buttons and links. A color that is too light for white text falls back to purple.
- Cover photo — a wide shot behind the headline. It saves as soon as you upload it.
- Service area and delivery radius — shown in the trust bar and used in the FAQ when you have filled them in.
Hours, delivery, financing, and holds come from Reply facts on the same Settings page. Social icons (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) come from Social media. An empty network stays off the footer.
Step 3 — Connect Google
Paste your Google Maps link, or your business name and town, and confirm the match. The page then shows your rating and recent reviews, refreshed about once a day, plus a Leave a review button. Without the reviews connection you can still paste a Place ID and get the review button only.
Step 4 — Choose the Sections
Each block has a checkbox: trust bar, size finder, why buy from us, reviews, recently sold, FAQ, map, quote form, monthly pricing, and Ask the lot. A section with nothing to show hides itself. The size finder and the “from $X/mo” line only appear for niches and units that actually have that information. Monthly amounts are read from the rent-to-own text you already entered. The page does not calculate a payment.
Step 5 — Write the Copy, or Let AI Draft It
Draft with AIwrites the intro, an About section, three or four “why buy from us” points, and an FAQ from your settings and what is on the lot. Anything it does not know is marked [NEED REAL DATA]. Edit those spots, or delete the line. Publish is blocked until every marker is gone, and the live page does not change until you publish. Unpublish puts the page back to facts from your settings.
What Buyers Can Do
- Search the way they talk: “12x24 barn under 8k rent to own.”
- Filter by size, style, price, condition, just arrived, and price drop.
- Ask the lot a question. The answer only uses units and policies you published. A price, a hold, or a delivery quote becomes “want the dealer to text you?” and a lead.
- Send the quote form at the bottom of the page. That lead is attached to the lot, not to one unit.
Tips for Best Results
- Fill in hours and the street address before you share the link. Both show in the footer and on the map.
- Connect the Google listing before you send anyone to the page. Reviews are the fastest trust signal you already have.
- Keep sold units' photos. Recent sales can appear in a strip under the live inventory.
- Each unit still has its own page and QR code. The storefront is the front door; the unit page is the sticker on the door.
