Give Every Unit a Page Buyers Can Scan
How-To Guide · Public pages & QR print kit
A buyer standing in front of a shed should not have to hunt for the listing. Every public unit in the Inventory Hub already has its own page: photos, price, size, features, and a form that emails you and opens as a lead. The print kit puts a QR code for that page on a sticker, a flyer, or a sheet of six. Included with the Hub. No credits.

The written steps below cover the full process.
What the Buyer Sees
- Your logo, name, town, and a tap-to-call button
- The photos, including a finished social graphic and a Hub video when you have made one
- Price, or “Call for price,” plus rent-to-own text when that column is filled in
- A Buy It Now button when the row has a Buy Now Link
- Get more details — name, phone or email, and what they want (a question, a hold, delivery, financing)
- On a phone, a bar that stays on screen: Call, Text, Get details
Sold units stay up with a SOLD ribbon and a form that says they want one like it. Hidden units, and units you delete, show a short “no longer listed” page with a link back to the lot.
Step 1 — Open the Page from the Hub
On any row, Open page loads the public page and Copy link puts the address on your clipboard. Share that link in a text, a Facebook post, or an email. The eye icon switches the unit between Public and Hidden. Hidden units never appear on your lot page.
The status cell shows how many people opened the page and how many scanned a QR code. A scan is a visit that came from a printed code, so you can tell lot traffic from link traffic.
Step 2 — Turn On Lead Alerts
Under Settings → Business Basics, add a Business Email and leave Lead alertschecked. Each form sends you an email with the unit, the buyer's name, and buttons to call, text, or open the lead in the Hub. The Leads tab gets a badge either way.
Step 3 — Print the QR
Select the rows and click Print kit, or the QR icon on one row. Three formats:
- Sticker 4×6 — one unit per label. Photo, title, a large QR code, and your name. Meant for the door.
- Flyer (Letter) — a full page with the photo, up to five features, and the QR code. Window or take-home.
- Sheet (6 per page) — six mini stickers on letter paper. A short selection can repeat to fill the page.
Price is off by default, so you can print before you settle a number. Turn on Show price and Show dealer logo when you want them. The label under the QR code is editable. Print / Save as PDFuses your browser's print dialog. Download PNG (or a ZIP, for several units) is a 300 DPI file you can send to a print shop.
Fast List's download step has the same button: Print lot stickers for these units.
Tips for Best Results
- Put the best photo first. It is the picture on the sticker and the first image on the page.
- Fill in the phone number in Settings. Call and Text on the page use it.
- Add a Buy Now Link on the row only when you have a real checkout URL. The button is hidden when the cell is empty.
- After a scan, the lead's source says Lot QR. A typed-in form from the link says Web.
The single-unit page is one door. The page for the whole lot — search, reviews, map, and every unit in stock — is the dealer storefront.
