Prepare Hub Units for Facebook Marketplace

Fast List is how a selection of Hub units becomes a Facebook Marketplace pack. The lot already lives in the Inventory Hub. You pick the rows, decide what to keep and what to regenerate, and download two files: the listings spreadsheet and a ZIP of photos numbered to match it. Fast List does not import a new sheet and it does not create units.

What You'll Need

• A Plus plan or higher
• The units already in the Hub, with a title and a price
• A front photo on any unit you want a logo or a social graphic for
• Your business name, phone, and logo saved under Settings

Step 1 — Select the Units

In the Inventory Hub, tick the rows you want to post. Sold rows can be included. Click Fast List next to Run, or the same button on the selection toolbar. If nothing is selected, Fast List sends you back to the Hub.

Step 2 — Prepare

Each unit shows three jobs: Description, Logo, and Social. Every job starts on Regenerate. Switch a job to Use existing only when that unit already has a result you want to keep. Logos usually stay. Social graphics often need a new price or a new line of copy, so those stay on Regenerate.

Regenerate all and Use all existing set the whole selection at once. Use existing still generates a unit that has nothing yet. The credit total at the bottom counts only the jobs that will actually run. You can continue to download with zero credits if everything you need is already on the rows.

What each job produces:

• Description — the Facebook listing copy, written from the facts on the row.
• Logo — your saved logo on the photos. Front-only or every photo, depending on what the row already shows.
• Social — one marketing graphic from the front photo, price, and features. Skip it on a unit with no photo.

Step 3 — Download

When the run finishes you get two files. The listings file (.xlsx) is what Facebook Marketplace imports: title, price, condition, and description. The photo ZIPis numbered in the same order as the sheet and as the rows you selected — folder 01 is row 1, folder 02 is row 2. The headline on this step says how many units are in the pack and how many credits were used, including what was kept instead of regenerated.

Print lot stickers for these units opens the QR print kit for the same selection, so the sticker on the door matches the listing you just downloaded.

Tips for Best Results

• Import and attach photos in the Hub first. Fast List only prepares units that are already there.
• Keep the logo on Use existing after the first good stamp. Regenerating it spends credits for the same mark.
• Skim two descriptions before you download. A wrong price on the row shows up in the listing and on the graphic.
• Facebook limits bulk spreadsheet upload for vehicle niches. The copy and photos still work for posting by hand. See the FAQ.

Need listing copy for a sheet you are not keeping in the Hub? Process Inventory still does that on its own. Use Add Logo or Social Graphics when you only need one of those for a handful of photos.
